I just learned that the Yakima Health District posts their monthly inspection reports on their website. Way to go, Yakima County for using technology. Check out the Restaurant Inspection Scores next time you're thinking of eating out. For homeschooling purposes, all of the food handling guidelines are on their site, and it's a great safety lesson, for health & science.

Incidentally, the Healthy Youth Survey that I mentioned once before also posts their assessment on the same website. The site has since, been remodeled, though, and I don't know if they left their filenames intact. Enjoy.
